Monday, Dec. 24

Timothy Malone, 35, of 217 Stratton Brook Rd., West Simsbury, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, 9:33 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 27

Philip Palazzo, 48, of 27 Simsbury Landing, Simsbury, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 5:39 p.m.
