Kadeisha R. Francis, 28, no address listed, was charged with disorderly conduct, 7:26 a.m.

Brandon J. Fuentes, 27, no address listed, was charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child, 7:56 a.m.

Joseph E. Montineri, 28, of 325 West Middle Tpk., Manchester, was charged with first-degree larceny, 10:00 a.m.

Wilfredo A. Cordova, 18, of 55 Elm St., Apt. 8-A, Tariffville, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, sale of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 10:02 p.m.
