​Simsbury Police Log: Aug. 12-18 2022

SIMSBURY, CT — Here are the arrest and incident logs for Aug. 12-18, 2022, as provided by the Simsbury Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

Aug. 12

Diane Sommerer, 46, of Weatogue, was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:16 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 15.

Hunter James Bullock, 28, of 65 Munnisunk Drive, Simsbury, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle under the influence; and failure to drive in the proper lane at 7:43 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 14.

Aug. 13

Justin Oliver Tuller, 34, of 248 Farms Village Road, Simsbury, was charged with third-degree larceny at 11:40 P.M. He will appear in court Sept. 15.

Aug. 16

Nelson Perez, 22, 1212 Main St., Apt. 244, Hartford, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerement at 4:07 p.m. He will appear in cout Sept. 22.

Aug. 17

Chad Whitney, 34, of 51 Hopmeadow St., Apt. 1A5, Simsbury, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance and possession of a controlled substance at 7:20 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 22.
