Wilfredo Arroyo, 39, no address given, Tariffvile, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 1:09 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 22.
William Joseph Young, 20, of 38 Woodland St., Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:53 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 22.

Benjamin David Purcell, 18, of 3 Old Canal Way, Weatogue, was cited for speeding at 11:46 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 21.
Aug. 21
Julian Tarlowski-Parady, 23, of 38 Ichabod Road, Simsbury, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of markers/license/registration; and operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance at 5:30 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 21.
Aug. 25
Jacob D. Middlebrook, 31, 132 Collins St., Apt. 310, Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 26.
Kaylee Nicole D'amato, 22, 564 South Lane, Granville, Mass., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:03 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 28.

Kevin Larkin, 57, 392 Salmon Brook Road, Granby, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane at 12:11 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 28.

Samantha Helen Downham, 24, 75 Hockanum Road, Apt. U2112, Vernon, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane at 3:10 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 28.
