Dec. 9

Michelle Chase, 54, no address given, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 12.

John Winschel, 56, no address given, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:34 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 13.

Dec. 14

Carol Byer, 67, Casterbridge Apartments, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:15 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 22.

Dec. 16

Koren Tuttle, 40, of Wolcott Road, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating an unregistered motor vehicle at 10:41 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 18, 2023.

Dec. 18

Robert Sullivan Zaino, 27, of Bluestone Lane, Avon, was charged with first-degree intimidation due to bias; second-degree breach of peace; and third-degree assault at 3:45 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 19, 2023.
