SIMSBURY, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Feb. 24-March 2, 2023, as provided by the Simsbury Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

Feb. 24

Elizabeth Stuart Upsher-Parsons, 47, of Kiwi Court, Ridgefield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court; fifth-degree larceny; illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle; use of drug paraphernalia; and possession of a controlled substance at 7 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 27.

Ramon L. Lebby, 39, of Hobart Street, Meriden, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; fifth-degree larceny; illegal possions of a weapon in a motor vehicle; use of drug paraphernalia; and possession of a controlled substance at 7:51 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 27.

Feb. 27

Steven Glenn Howes, 45, of Canal Street, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 6:19 p.m. He will appear in court March 30.

Daniel Paul Frazee, 43, of Bond Street, Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt at third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery at 7:25 p.m. He was to appear in court March 1.

March 1

Carolyn Beyer, 67, of Casterbridge Carriage Apartments, Simsbury, wsa charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 6:07 p.m. She will appear in court April 6.
