Jan. 18

Brandon Angel Santana, 24, of Walker Road, New Britain was charged with improper use of marker plates; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; unsafe passing; operating a motor vehicle without a license; and revading responsibility for injury/property damage at 11 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 22.

Jan. 20

Lisa A. Butchyk, 45, of Gillette Court, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 8:30 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 23.
