SIMSBURY, CT — Here are the arrest logs for March 3-March 9, 2023, as provided by the Simsbury Police Department.

March 4

Stephen T. Baker, 32, of Ely Place, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 6:15 a.m. He will appear in court April 6.

March 6

Leigh Zilinsky, 54, of Mountain Road, Tariffville, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:33 p.m. She will appear in court April 5.

March 7

Michelle Tulis, 41, of Enfield Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 3:05 p.m. She will appear in court April 6.

Steven Blotner, 78, of Deercliff Road, Avon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault of an elderly victim at 11:30 a.m. He was to appear in court March 7.
