Simsbury Public Library Friends Coffeehouse Presents HannaHs Field - Gypsy Reggae.

Enjoy an evening of Gypsy Reggae music and homemade refreshments with HannaHs Field at the Simsbury Library Friends Coffeehouse

HannaHs Field, with HannaH on vocals, acoustic guitar, and djembe and Bongo Bliss on djembe, percussive vibrations, and acoustic bass, brings love, spirit and organic fresh flavor to the people with their gypsy reggae music.

Their uplifting acoustic roots and African Earth beats blend together, growing a magical experience for all. Nominated best female vocalist in the Hartford Advocate for many years, this powerful songstress has shared the stage with such great acts as the Average White Band, the Brothers Johnson, Gov’t Mule (members of the Allman Brothers Band), Derek Trucks, Donna Jean (from the Grateful Dead), the Samples, Percy Hill, and Sound Tribe Sector Nine.

They have performed at such venues as the Eugene Hempfest, The North West Organic Brewers Festival, Toad’s Place, Pearl Street Nightclub, the Spiral Rhythms Festival and the Bite of Oregon. HannaHs Field tours from New England to California.

The duo’s new release, Music Magic Medicine, weaves 15 musical tracks with a vegetarian / wheat free cookbook written by Chef Bliss. Enjoy some special desserts from the cookbook baked by Chef Bliss along with some great music!

This program will be held at the Simsbury Public Library, 725 Hopmeadow Street on Friday, December 12 from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. Doors open at 7:30. Registration is requested at 860-658-7663 or www.simsburylibrary.info. Free and open to all.
