Singer-Songwriter Dori Freeman to Perform at Westminster School
The Friday Nights at Westminster series continues Jan. 28 with a performance by Dori Freeman who has released four studio albums.

Singer-Songwriter Dori Freeman will give a performance at Westminster School Jan. 28 as part of the school’s Friday Nights at Westminster series of readings and concerts held during the academic year.
Raised in the Appalachian Mountains of southwest Virginia by a musical family, Freeman says she is forever marked by her rural upbringing but also wants to bring a contemporary stamp to her music.
Her fourth studio album, “Ten Thousand Roses,” showcases an artist who has cemented a signature sound while establishing capabilities for a wide variety of styles. She wrote the songs during the pandemic, when, like millions of others, she stayed home and spent more time outside.
