Spooky Candlelight Stories at the Storyteller’s Cottage

Three nationally-renowned storytellers will take listeners on a perilous journey into the Shadows.

Get ready for a BIG CHILL! The Storyteller’s Cottage in Simsbury, CT will host Spooky Candlelight Stories on Tuesday, October 30th from 8:00-9:00 pm. This event is recommended for those ages 14 and up.

Three nationally-renowned storytellers will take listeners on a perilous journey into the Shadows. Love and malice, fantasies and spirits intermingle in dark and mysterious tales on the eve of All Hallows’ Eve, when the membrane between the worlds of the living and the dead become permeable. Motoko, Eshu and Tom Lee are masters of their craft and through live storytelling, they will take you through dark tales from around the world.

Huddle together in the spooky red and black vintage Victorian parlor at the Storyteller’s Cottage, watching the flickering candlelight and wondering if your heart is strong enough for the horror unfolding in front of you!
