Teen Apple Pie Workshop @ Simsbury Public Library

If you love homemade apple pie, then this is the class for you! Come learn how to make a tender flaky pie crust, which will be overflowing with juicy apples and topped with either a traditional crust of streusel topping. You will be making your own pie, which can be frozen and then freshly baked for Thanksgiving dinner. Be ready to work and try a sample. Bring your own apron.
