At their meeting on August 9, 2021, the Simsbury Board of Selectmen declared Simsbury a pollinator-friendly community, affirming the Town's support for the Simsbury Pollinator Pathway. The work of this all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization, along with the Board of Selectmen's proclamation, was recently featured by the Hartford Courant.
