Tyler Anderson of Millwright's Restaurant Wins CT Chef of the Year Competition
This is the latest in a number of awards and distinctions for Anderson, chef and owner of the restaurant.

Tyler Anderson, the owner and chef at Millwright’s Restaurant and Tavern, has won the Connecticut Restaurant Association “Chef of the Year” award, chosen by CRA members and the general public.
This isn’t the first distinction for Anderson, who won on the Food Network’s “Chopped” and also was a contestant on that network’s “Beat Bobby Flay,” making it to the second round of the competition, according to the Hartford Courant.
Other finalists for Chef of the Year in 2014: Renato Donzelli of Basso Cafe in Norwalk; Neil Fuentes, Jojoto Restaurant in Branford; Jean Pierre Vuillermet of Union League Cafe in New Haven.
