Apartments, More Parking Spaces Approved: Southbury Zoning Update

6/20/2018 - Planning Commission: Actions Taken at Meeting on June 19, 2018

At the Regular Meeting on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:

VOTED to approve Special Exception for Planned Development Unit – 4 Apartment (6 bedrooms), 390 Roxbury Road; subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to pass unanimously a favorable response to the Zoning Commission PDD#18 Amendments (Southbury Plaza) 74 additional parking spaces; subject modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve Site Plan Modification – Landscaping – 121 Main Street North (Southbury Shell); subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
