Coming in September... Southbury Location!

Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) will be opening it’s 13th Connecticut location in Southbury at 760 Main Street South, Unit D, this September! Drew (Andrew) Gallagher will be the partner & director at this location. The build out is underway - check out our Facebook page to see progress pictures.

Currently, there is a Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center in Southbury. For this reason, our new location in Southbury will be named “PT for Life, a PTSMC affiliate.” The new name coincides with our mission to improve the quality of people’s lives by providing unmatched patient experiences, clinical excellence, and lifelong relationships. Our goal is to be YOUR PT for Life.
