The second confirmed positive case of the new coronavirus in Southbury has been identified, officials announced.

SOUTHBURY, CT — The second confirmed positive case of the new coronavirus in Southbury has been identified, officials announced Sunday.
The patient is in their sixties, officials said, adding, "no further information is available at this time."
In a public alert the town issued, it was noted that "there is also some confusion regarding the emergency orders being issued from the Governor Lamont and other state agencies. For a complete list of emergency orders please see the orders here.
