Demolition Permit Sought In Southbury
The structure is more than 50-years-old, officials say.
SOUTHBURY, CT — An application for demolition on Peter Road has been sought by local residents.
Town officials say, "Pursuant to the Southbury Code of Ordinances, Section 4.5, “Demolition of Buildings More Than Fifty (50) Years Old”; David & Betsy Kerr of 409 Peter Road, Southbury, Connecticut 06488, have applied for a building application for demolition of a garage, built in 1940, located at 409 Peter Road, Southbury, Connecticut 06488."
