Developer Seeks Approval For Cluster Housing Plan in Southbury
A vote is expected in June.

SOUTHBURY, CT — A developer, Andrew French is seeking town approval to construct seven colonial houses on 18 acres of land near Christ the Savior Orthodox Church as part of a cluster housing application, the Republican-American reports.
A hearing will decide the application likely in June. Typically cluster housing is confined to parcels of 25 acres or more, but the developer says allowing a cluster housing application will allow him to dedicate more land for open space.
