This interactive discussion will bring together residents and community leaders from Waterbury’s South End to share stories and discuss plans for the neighborhood.


Led by Dr. Ruth Glasser, Professor of Urban and Community Studies Program, University of Connecticut/Waterbury Campus, the panelists include: Victor Cuevas, director of River Baldwin Recreation Center, Victoria Encarnacion, president of the South End Neighborhood Association, and longtime residents, Rita Frigon, Jeanette LeGasse Stevens and Bella LaGasse Nadeau.
