Former LaBonne's Market Site Redevelopment Plans Get the Go-Ahead in Southbury: Report
Several upgrades are planned to the property.

SOUTHBURY, CT — The new tenant for the former LaBonne's Market at 150 Main St. South has been identified, the Republican-American reports.
The realty company plans to renovate the building and lease it to a hospital, which will bring doctor offices to the upgraded site, the Rep-Am reports. The existing building is 14,100-square-feet.
Several upgrades are planned including lighting improvements and work to make the building feel more colonial in nature, along with new office windows and roof shingles, the Rep-Am reports. The building will be repainted too.
