Future of Southbury Plaza Comes Into Focus: Report
Some proposed changes are currently before the planning and zoning commission.

SOUTHBURY, CT — The future of the Southbury Plaza will come into focus in October when the Zoning Commission votes on a developer's proposal to add 74 parking spaces.
The former K-Mark building will be reduced and a new tenant is being sought for the main level, while three smaller tenants including Catalyst Health & Fitness will open on the lower level, the Republican-American reports.
The new spaces are proposed for the north side of the building and are needed for the anticipated extra employees, the Rep-Am reports.
