We went to Jordans last Saturday night. Ordered our dinner at about 6:15 and at 7:30 asked if we had been forgotten. When dinner finally arrived, we ordered two beers. They took over a half an hour to be served, and then only after we complained. No one apologized or offered to comp us a drink or desert . They only said they had a large party in the other room.
