Main Street Ballet Presents "Nutcracker"
Kick off the holiday season with Main Street Ballet's Nutcracker - December 6th and 7th.
Now in its 26th year, the production continues to thrill audiences of all ages. Beautiful sets, lavish costumes and a host of talented dancers, actors and community members set the stage for one of the areas most treasured holiday events. Featured performers this year are: Patricia Liu as the Sugar Plum Fairy, Chloe Eggert as the Snow Queen, Olivia Lamarco and Julia Richardson as Clara, Juliette Janiszewski as Dew Drop and Rick Richardson as Herr Drosselmeyer. Guest artists include: Celestin Boutin as the Sugar Plum Cavalier and Daevid Mendivil as the Snow King. This year’s special guest will be Southbury First Selectman, Ed Edelson.
Performance times are: Saturday, December 6 @ 7pm and Sunday, December 7 @2pm
Performances will be held at Pomperaug High School, 234 Judd Road, Southbury, CT
Adults: $25; Seniors (65 & over) and children (7-12): $20; and children (6 & under): $12.
