Man Accused of Using Credit Card Belonging to Southbury Woman, 91
Southbury police arrested the man on Friday.

A New Milford man accused of using a 91-year-old Southbury woman’s credit card was arrested and arraigned on Friday, the Republican-American reports.
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on Oct. 15.
According to the paper, Zachary Richard Ranslow, 25, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, three counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, four counts of conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, theft of a credit card, seven counts of illegal use of a credit card and conspiracy to commit second-degree identity theft.
