DWI and A Suspended Licens on I-84 On-ramp

Police arrested Sondra Tuci of 345 Riverside Ave, Torrington for driving while intoxicated and with a suspended license.
An officer saw tuci turn on her reverse lights twice while he was behind her at a red light at the intersection of 67 and I-84. She failed to use a turn signal when the light turned green and then drove on the right shoulder of the exit 15 on-ramp.

After a motor vehicle stop, Tuci was also arrested for making an improper turn.

Parked Car Struck at Leo's
Police are looking for a vehicle that struck a parked car in Leo's Restaurant parking lot at 134 Main St. South and drove away.
The damaged vehicle was a 2006 Chevy HHR 4DR which was damaged on its right side.

Man Attempted to Steal Shopping Cart Full of Diapers and Baby Formula
Southbury Police are looking for a man who attempted to steal a shopping cart full of baby diapers and baby formula, Sunday.
According to police reports, the suspect — a 6 foot 2 inch tall white man weighing approximately 220 pounds — tried to walk out of Kmart without paying for a shopping cart full of the infant-care products around 2:10 p.m. After being stoped, the man drove off in a silver or tan Chevy Prism with no license plate.
Police say the man is wanted for sixth degree larceny and breach of peace. Anyone with information can contact the Southbury Police at 203 264 5912.
Red Weed Whacker Found, Owner Sought
A red Weed Whacker was found on the corner of Kettletown Road and Elk Drive, around 8:15 a.m.
