Police Searching for Burglars Who Were Foiled By Dog

Two men were chased out of a Munn Road house they were robbing by the residency's dog.

A dog chased two burglars out of a residence they were attempting to rob, Monday.

According to a police report, the thieves entered a house on Munn Road around 4:40 p.m. before fleeing on foot from the canine.

The report did not indicate the breed of the dog.

The burglars were identified as white men in their twenties; one is about 6'3 and thin with brown hair — who was wearing a black sweatband around his arm at the time — and the other 5'7 and muscular with sandy blonde hair and dark facial hair —who was wearing a red tank top and cut-off jean shorts during the incident.
