Proposed 2021-2022 Budget From The First Selectman In Southbury

First Selectman, Jeff Manville, has proposed a budget of $22,722,145 for Fiscal Year 2021-2022. This represents a decrease in municipal expenditures of 3% over the previous year.

“I have created a strong budget in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic,” says Jeff Manville. “We have been able to reduce expenditures while still maintaining the quality Town services expected by the citizens of Southbury.”
The Board of Selectmen will be holding meetings the week of February 22nd to develop their budget which will be released to the Board of Finance on March 15th.
