Southbury Apartment Proposal Continues To Be Opposed: Report
The developer has reduced the density but residents still want no part of it.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Developer Kevin Bennett started with 14 apartments with 24 bedrooms and he has reduced that to two, four-bedroom townhouses, but it still isn't likely to be approved due to ongoing concern, the Republican-American reports.
The Meadows is proposed for 390 Roxbury Road on 2.12 acres. Neighbors continue to oppose the plans.
One resident, according to the Rep-Am, told Bennett at a recent hearing, "when will you...accept the word 'no.' No final vote has been taken.
