Southbury Developer Facing Defeat for the 5th Time: Report

SOUTHBURY, CT — What's the saying, if you don't first succeed try, try again. Well Kevin Bennett has taken that message to heart and is now trying for a fifth time to get his apartment proposal, The Meadows, at 390 Roxbury Road approved, the Republican-American reports.

But it appears Bennett's latest plans, which includes four apartments in 2 townhouses, will also be denied, the Rep-Am reports. We'll have to see if Bennett will go for a sixth try soon. Local residents want no part of the project.
