Southbury Is About To Get Brighter
The Board of Selectmen has approved funds to make the area safer for pedestrians.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Good news for pedestrians as the town has allocated nearly $150,000 to purchase additional lights for Main Street South in an effort to make the area safer, the Republican-American reports.
A total of 235 lights have been purchased and should be installed soon. There has been ongoing concern that the area is too dark.
