Southbury Man Killed in Newtown Motorcycle Crash

NEWTOWN, CT — Police have identified the fatal motorcycle crash victim as Michael Defusco, 42, of Southbury.

Fusco was operating a motorcycle Jan. 19 around 3 p.m. when he crashed on Route 25 in the area of Reservoir Road. He was found down in an embankment on the southbound shoulder and was declared dead on scene, according to police.

He was operating a 2011 Harley Street Glide.

The accident investigation remains active.
