Southbury Murder Trial Continued to March
The 24-year-old Southbury resident accused of murder has had his case continued to March 8.
The Southbury resident charged with murder will have his trial continued March — little more than two weeks before the one-year anniversary of his arrest.
David Eisenbach, 24, was due in court for a hearing Feb. 8. His next court date will be March 8. Eisenbach, who has yet to enter a plea, is currently in custody with a set bail of $2,500,000.
Eisenbach is charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, tampering with evidence, hindering prosecution and sale of illegal drugs. Court documents say Eisenbach and his friend Thomas Curley — Curley, now dead in what is believed to be a suicide — were involved in the death of their friend 24-year-old Michael Weaving in an incident at a campsite.
