Southbury Nursing Home Fined: Report

SOUTHBURY, CT — River Glen Health Care Center has been fined $3,470 for two incidents that occurred in 2017, according to the Connecticut Health Investigative Team.

In one case a resident fell, which led to a femur fracture and in another case a patient received the wrong dosage of a blood pressure medication, which led to hospitalization.
