At a Special Meeting on January 24, 2017 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve Special Exception & Site Plan Applications - Office Use - 150 Main Street South, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to forward a recommendation of Disapproval to the Zoning Commission regarding Petition (Brogna) Dog Day Care Facilities (R-60 & R-80 Zones), subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to forward a recommendation of Disapproval to the Zoning Commission regarding Petition (McKersie) Dog Day Care Facilities (R-60 & R-80 Zones), subject to modification and administrative requirements.

VOTED to forward a recommendation to the Board of Selectmen - Amendment - Eagle Scout Project - Wounded Warrior Parking Signs, subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of Selectmen - Landscaping - Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve Lot Line Revision - Rolling Hill Estates Subdivision Lots 4 & 8, Kuhne Road, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
