A 32-year-old Waterbury resident was arrested on a charge of sixth-degree larceny at 5:26 p.m. on Sept. 6.
According to police, Daniel Alex Francisco shoplifted from Kmart, located at 100 Main St. North.
Francisco was released on a $500 bond and was due in court Sept. 18.
