SOUTHBURY, CT — A Southbury resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Southbury last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 16, Lori Gmuer, of Southbury, purchased a 10x Cash 14th Edition ticket from the People's Choice Mobil in Southbury and won $10,000.
