UPDATE: Danbury Man, 22 Dies in Accident in Southbury
The accident occurred around 11 a.m. Wednesday, which shut down the highway for a period of time.
UPDATE: Austin Fiddner, 22, of Danbury died after his vehicle struck a tractor-trailer from behind on Interstate 84 in Southbury around 11 a.m. Wednesday, Fox 61 reports.
The accident occurred near the Exit 15 off ramp. Fiddner was in the center lane at the time of the accident, which is under investigation. The tractor-trailer driver was not injured, Fox reports.
