David Eisenbach, a southbury man charged with the murder of his friend Michael Weaving, will have his trial continued on Oct. 21.

A 24-year-old Southbury man charged with the murder of his friend had his trial continued to Oct. 21, on Tuesday.

David Eisenbach was arrested in March after his friend, 24-year-old Michael Weaving was beaten and burned and buried dead in the woods off of Berkshire Rd.

According to court records, Eisenbach, Weaving and a third man, Tom Curley were drinking at a campsite along the Pomperaug River.  Weaving had also taken a clonazepam pill given to him by Eisenbach.  Eisenbach left Weaving and Curley alone and said he returned the next morning to find Weaving dead.
