Currently 33% of Southbury households have no power. Eversource and Public Works continue to address the power problems.

Water stations and charging stations at Town Hall and Senior Center/P&R building will remain open all night.

Residents and business owners who have generators are reminded that if not installed and used properly generators can pose a serious threat. The primary hazard is CO poisoning from the toxic engine exhaust. Please refer to FEMA tips for proper generator use:
