Vehicle Stolen in Southbury
BREAKING: Police say there were multiple reports of car thefts in Southbury Tuesday morning.
SOUTHBURY, CT — Southbury police said one car was reported stolen Tuesday morning and there was another attempt to steal a second vehicle.
"Between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. this morning there was an attempt to steal a motor vehicle from the Poverty Road area. Around the same time a vehicle was stolen from Dublin Road," police said in a statement. "We encourage everyone to lock your vehicles and remove all valuables when unoccupied. Anyone with information is encouraged to call us at (203) 264-5912. All calls will be kept confidential."
