The Watermark at East Hill Hosts January Discovery Luncheon

Seminar to provide first-hand account of retirement living

On Tuesday, January 13, The Watermark at East Hill will host its monthly Discovery Luncheon, a seminar for adults ages 55 and older and their families who are interested in learning more about retirement living. The event will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the retirement community, located at 611 East Hill Road in Southbury.

The Discovery Luncheon will feature guest speaker, Parker Moreland, a resident who has lived at The Watermark since September. Moreland, a retired research and development physicist and high school science teacher, will discuss why he made the decision to move to The Watermark and talk about his experience getting to know the community over the past four months.
