ALLSTAR HOME APPLIANCE CENTER CELEBRATES 28 YEARS OF SUCCESS
This October, AllStar Home Appliance Center, the family-owned and operated business at 1215 Thomaston Avenue in Waterbury, is celebrating 28 years of success. With the tagline “We Sell the Best & Service the Rest”, owners John and Pam Ciccio, introduced Whirlpool’s new state-of-the-art kitchen appliance center Black & White Ice. “We’ve been a full service major appliance store in Waterbury for 28 years,” Ciccio stated, “and we personally answer every customer phone call, no 800# to call. We offer full lines of Whirlpool, Kitchen-aid, Maytag, and Amana, plus factory authorized warranty service. Additionally, we sell reconditioned appliances that carry a one year guarantee on parts and labor."
AllStar sells and services refrigerators, electric and gas ranges, electric and gas cooktops, wall ovens, hoods, over-the-range microwaves, dishwashers, trash compactors, disposals, top and frontload washers, and dryers. “We service all the major brands, and provide a two-year guarantee parts and labor on repairs,” explained Ciccio. “Same day emergency service is also one of our many attractive offerings. We stock parts in all our trucks for all major brands which allow us to provide fast efficient service. Allstar also has a parts department for the do-it-yourselfers, and we can sell a part for any major brand and give tips to customers on proper installation.”

Community-focused, AllStar has been an active member of the Waterbury Regional Chamber for the past 10 years. “Waterbury has been our home base for 28 years. We have built relationships within and beyond the city’s limits because we pride ourselves on our personal, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will go the extra mile for our customers, including going into homes to measure and advice on which appliance will be the best fit,” explained Ciccio. “Being a full service company, we have our customers’ best interest in mind when fixing or replacing an appliance, where some companies that just do service will advice a customer to fix at any cost.”
Ciccio continued, “Our staff is all factory-trained by various manufacturers so we can do installations on all brands of appliances ourselves. When a consumer buys an appliance from us, we are the ones who deliver and install that appliance, and can service that appliance, if needed.” To learn more, call AllStar Home Appliance Center and John or Pam Ciccio at 203-597-0363, or email to
