Bomb Threat Forces Evacuation of Southington High School
The threat was reported via a social media website "Yik Yak".

A bomb threat at Southington High School made via social media led to the evacuation of the school on Monday.
According to police, the threat was made around 2 p.m. via the social media website “Yik Yak”. The building was evacuated and all students were dismissed early and all after school activities were cancelled.
Police are currently sweeping the high school and making sure there are no threats present. The Southington Fire Department is also in the area.
