Crash Cleared At Southington Highway Offramp: UPDATE

SOUTHINGTON, CT — An Interstate 84 offramp was closed in Southington because of an accident Thursday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it has since reopened.

The DOT reported the crash happened at the I-84 West Exit 28 offramp, resulting in that ramp's closure as crews tended to the scene.

The accident was first reported at 7:11 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident list.
