Crash Cleared On I-84 In Southington: UPDATE

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 84 in Southington Friday afternoon caused some traffic issues for motorists, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the accident was on I-84 West between exits 31 and 30, resulting in the right and center lanes being closed.

The accident was first reported at 2:40 p.m. and it is no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
