Crash Cleared On I-84 In Southington: UPDATE

The multi-vehicle wreck had closed multiple lanes of travel.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A two-vehicle wreck on Interstate 84 in Southington caused traffic headaches for motorists Thursday afternoon, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the crash was on I-84 West between exits 30 and 29, resulting the the left and center lanes being closed.

The accident was first reported at 3:33 p.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
