Former Machiavelli's Site in Southington for Sale, Likely to Remain Restaurant

The former site of Machiavelli’s Restaurant will likely remain a restaurant, according to a real estate agent.

Real estate agent Margaret Memoli is marketing the nicely-located property for restaurants, according to the Record-Journal.

There has already been interest at showings for the 7,300 square foot building.
