I-84 Crash Cleared In Southington: UPDATE

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Traffic was severely snarled on Interstate 84 in Southington following a two-vehicle accident, according to the state Department of Transportation, but the crash hs now been cleared.

According to the DOT, the accident was on I-84 East between exits 28 and 30.

This, according to officials, had closed the left and right lanes of travel on the highway.

The wreck was reported at 9:52 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's accident report list.
