Independence at Home Receives 2023 Employer of Choice Award

Hartford HealthCare Independence At Home has some of the happiest employees, according to the national satisfaction firm HCP, which awarded the agency its 2023 Best of Home Care – Employer of Choice Award.

The award, granted only to top-ranking home care providers, is based on employee satisfaction scores gathered by HCP, which also recognized Independence at Home as one of the best employers of in-home caregivers in the region.

“We’re excited to congratulate Independence at Home for their well-deserved achievement,” says Todd Austin, president of HCP. “Since this award is based on employee feedback, it shows the dedication Independence at Home has to providing their employees with a great working experience, ensuring clients have well-trained, compassionate caregivers.”

HCP gathers feedback from caregivers through live phone interviews each month. Because HCP is an independent company, it can collect honest and unbiased feedback.
